Located in the heart of the Spring Branch neighborhood of Houston, Cambrian Coffee offers up the finest specialty coffee and fresh baked goods in the area.

Proprietors Brian & Gemma live in Spring Shadows and are dedicated to helping promote growth in the area while offering a social space for locals to meet and carry out constructive conversation. Gemma is the heart of our baking operation, crafting delicious British inspired baked goods from our signature sausage rolls to scones, mini loaves and cookies. 

Each espresso drink is crafted using the highest quality beans available on our custom Unic Epic espresso machine. Whether you choose our Classic Espresso or one of our rotating Single Origin offerings from our guest roasters, you can be assured the finest product in your cup. 

We showcase our many varieties of single origin beans on our Seraphim Slow Pour System which creates the most refined pour over experience.  

Our signature Sausage Rolls come in our classic British recipe served daily or our weekly rotating special which ranges from Jalapeno Cheese, Maple Chili, Bacon Cheddar and more.
