Proprietors Brian & Gemma live in Spring Shadows and are dedicated to helping promote growth in the area while offering a social space for locals to meet and carry out constructive conversation. Gemma is the heart of our baking operation, crafting delicious British inspired baked goods from our signature sausage rolls to scones, mini loaves and cookies.
Cambrian offers a large selection of hot and iced coffee drinks made with our house made syrups! Sample a classic cappuccino or latte from our espresso bar or treat yourself to our matcha or nitro cold brew!
Grab one of our bottled drinks like our Cambrian Latte with our house honey cinnamon syrup or a Vanilla Oatmilk Matcha, all made in house.
Experience Cambrian's famous Sausage Rolls! Our classic British recipe is served daily until we sell out. We also offer a weekly rotating special Sausage Roll such as Jalapeno Cheese, Maple Chili, Smoky Chipotle and more.
